Dont let me interrupt your conversation

I went to Clicks Pharmacy in my lunch break and when i got to the back, there was nobody in the front, so I waited a while and could hear the people having a fat conversation at the back. There is no bell there to press so I waited. After about 5mins, a girl poked her head out from behind and noticed me standing there. she then stood there in plain sight and carried on her conversation with the gentleman at the back. She then slowly started moving towards the till while still continuing her conversation and only onced she had finished laughing at what the gentleman had said did she signal me to come. When you work in customer services, the customer usually comes first. Not your personal chit chats! This is unacceptable and a disgrace! And when she did finally help me she had such an attitude.
