TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had visited the Clicks at Pavilion. I was looking for a certain Sugar for a family member of mine. I went to the Pharmacy and the young lady advises me. She cant find it and I must go look for myself on the self. She was so unhelpful as I had looked high and low, Thereafter I went back to the pharmacy and the person behind the counter saw me and ignored me. I had to wait so long until someone else assisted me, .When someone else did help me. She did the same thing the last lady did. Told me to go and look for someone in white coat they'll help me. I went looking for this person with the " the white coat" to be disappointed AGAIN. As this lady was having a fat chat in the office, she saw me walked back in, having her own conversation with her friends. I was only given correct info as to what I was looking for after 30min.

I rather use another store than USE CLICKS AGAIN! TERRIBLE SERVICE.
