Good day

SInce i have logged a complain, i have not received any correspondence from the Credit Bureau regarding the update on my prifile.

As per the communication that Mohamed Jamaludien has send, kindly note that i am very frustrated and unhappy that i have to wait 60 days for my account status to reflect paid up/closed. This was supposed to be updated immediately after the account was paid up and closed in December 2012 already. It is really frustrating that i have to endure this odeal because of an Edgars employee who did not do his/her job once the account was closed.

This is not acceptable at all.

If another retail company can resolve an issue similar to this one within a week, how is it impossible for Edgars to do the same.

Very disgrantled with the repond i got from Mohamed Jamaludien.

I need to see action and not promises anymore.

Please advise the Eperian, TransUnion, XDS and Compuscan to forward me the correspondence once the update has been action.

60 days is unacceptable,

Very disgrantled customer.
