What a breath of fresh air!

I contacted Edcon today as I had a query regarding my Edgars account. I spoke to the most efficient, well mannered and bubbly call centre agent by the name of Heriet Cele. I am used to poor service as I have received it from many retail outlets and call centre agents however my query was handled professionally and with enthusiasm.
