BAD PRODUCT

Hi there, about four months ago we purchased a Russel Hobbs Model no: 18591 Coffee Machine from Makro. However I am really not satisfied with the product. Today i discovered 'ants' invested and took over the whole coffee machine, trust me, its not cleanable, the machine has been manufactured in such a way, that's its merely impossible cleaning off the ants out of the components, i trule feel this product is such a waste of money. I can not find my slip to specify the date I purchased it however we did pay via eft so the transaction still reflects on the bank statement. Please help me, what can i do. Tried everything to clean it out, yet it wont.
