I WANT TO SETTLE THE ACCOUNT-GETTING A RUN AROUND

Last year September I got furniture on account @ furniture City Woodmead, on delivery date the furniture was not delivered, had to go pick it up, when there i was told that not all the stuff i wanted was there. December last year I told the sales lady to cancel the stuff i didn't't get. On the 14th of April i went back again to the store to find out what was happening, and was only then that they said they will cancel the old account and open a new account with the furniture i received, then i told them that i wanted to settle the account by the 20th of April therefore they had to transfer the monies i've already paid to the new account. When i called them today they are telling me that the person who is suppose to transfer the monies to the new account from African Bank is not available and no one can assist them at African Bank besides that one.
I've spoke to the Branch Manager the several times last year as well as this year, but i'm still struggling with this issue. Thabile is trying to assist me but this whole this is taking so long and is inconveniencing me a lot...
