Incredible Connection
Demo/Refurbished units sold as new?

I am actually appalled with IC. I ordered a Playstion 3 online and it was delivered today. I was firstly amazed that the courier company delivered it as is, it was not in your typical brown box with the waybill on the outside, just as is, the PS3 box. That was a first for me. I have had a lot of goods delivered and not once has it not been in a secondary packaging.

Be that as it may, my biggest shock was that the PS3 box looked old and tattered, the sticker that seals the box has been ripped off. I immediately became annoyed but after opening the box was even more so. It is clear as day this was either a demo or a refurbished unit. The cables have just been thrown into the box. The leaflets and other items are all bent and out of shape. Seriously? This was supposed to be a gift, how on earth am I supposed to give this to someone looking like this? It looks like I bought it off someone on Gumtree.

I have double checked my invoice and no where does it say that this is a demo or refurbished unit. Nor did it say this when I purchased this off the website. I seriously doubt I will ever buy off IC's website again, how do I know what I will end up with? This is ridiculous.
