WE BOUGHT A NEW DIGITAL PRINTER - ROLAND DELIVERED A DEMO UNIT WITHOUT INFORMING US.
I bought a new digital printer - It stopped working - We got a technician out to quote and hopefuly fix it - Upon opening the printer we discovered that it was a demo unit and that it had been repaired previously. I tried rectifying this problem amiacably but without success. I was actually shouted at and threatened by the MD. He now denies he even spoke to me even though I have proof of this conversation.
Very unprofessional and not to be trusted. Brian / Bob the internet is an amazing tool this is the beginning.
