Bad Service and incompetency

I went to edgars to buy starter pack and while waiting there was this cashier who wasn't busy yet she didn't bother calling me to offer service; not sure if she expected me to smell that I could over to be helped. finally I decided to go to her and I wasn't surprised to see frowning facial expression but I didn't care much I was aware that im going to get an attitude. I gave her the sim card and Rica document, and she advised me that she has reca'd my sim card. when I get home this afternoon, my sim card wasn't rica'd and that wasn't after a bad service I received from that incompetent service consultant. she must learn that if you work with people, customer satisfaction it comes first before that rotten attitude and bad service.
