WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

Today I was shocked in my boots to see that such awful service can be given to a customer.
I wanted to printed photos for a special occasion. i struggled for about 30 minutes before getting frustrated and asked an employee for help. Two of them communicated in their own language, very rude as I am the customer who does not understand a word. Would it kill them to communicate in a language that I can understand? Is English not a a basic job requirement???
Eventually the lady said sorry the USB port does not work. I asked how is customers suppose to know if there is no sign indicating that it is broken??? I asked why the Blue tooth does not work either? She said that Blackberry phones are a problem!!! I asked why nobody tells customers about this problem?
She casually said this is a self helping station that's why nobody came to help (a self help station which is also NOT indicated anywhere)
She referred me to the Kodak around the corner where it was extremely busy. I left very upset and am still without my photos.
Don't offer a service that does not even work, that's just useless
