Very Bad Customer Service

I ordered 2 package deals which consists of: 2 x Tents, 2 x Tables, 100 x chairs and 2 mobile toilets I allso ordered 2 x extra tables and 6 x extra length poles and paid cash for everything. Fazila quoted me R5500.00 for the couriers and when the couriers arrived they didn't have the toilets and the 2 extra tables and the couriers charged me R4800.00. I phoned Fazila and they send the 2 toilets and still no extra tables and allso the couriers charges me R3700.00 for the 2 toilets. The courier costs are now R8500.00. I phones Fazila and said I'm sorry but I'm not going to pay all that courier costs she quoted me R5500.00 she said they are not going to pay the costs and thats it. I said ok then I will send the toilets back and I want a refund. She said no sorry they dont refund and hangs the phone up in my ear. Every time that I phone she is not available so I went to my lawyer and I'm busy with a lawsuit against them. For more details contact me on 0716889657
