One leg shoe opening from the inside

I bought a pair of Hush Puppies from Menlyn Mall on the 02 November 2012 for work as i was told it is the most comfortable shoe you can ever buy, (what a lie).

2 Months later the inside of the one shoe was fraying. So i went back to Menlyn layed a complained and it was sent to the Head Office. I was told that Marshall or Christina will get back to me withing 4 days. One and a half weeks later no one got back to me soI called Marshall, he gave me a lame exuse why he didnt call me back and guaranteed me that he will call me back within 30 minutes. He only calls me back 3 days later (bad service).

His report back of the shoe was negligence and it cannot be repaired and I cannot be refunded. Marshall says that I have forced my feet into this shoe. (Please tell me who forces their feet into a shoe for 2 months), i think that is utter nonsence. I have asked him to get his MD to call me and its 2 weeks later and I have no repsonse.

Please tell me how you are going to sort this problem out as I will be taking this mattter further. I work in the retail industry and believe me I know my rights.

I paid R1050.00 and it was a 900026/6, Venture black leater. I want a refund!!
