Using Dishcloths to clean toilets

On a visit to the KFC Strand Beachfront fast food restaurant, we wanted to use the bathroom to wash our hands. The lady cleaning the tables at the storefront directed us to the bathrooms. Upon entering the bathrooms we were appalled at the filthy toilets. We informed the lady in question and she promptly went to the toilet and cleaned them with the very same dischloth she was using to wipe the tables. She then returned and continued wiping the tables with the cloth now obviously infested with goodness-knows-what bacteria.

This is totally unacceptable. I would not advise anyone to sit and eat meals at this KFC - goodness knows what the hygiene is like in the kitchen area!
