So My Aunt and Uncle had purchased a beautiful stove as a wedding gift for me. The demo that was shown on the floor had a snazzy pizza stone in it, which was basically the selling point for us! so once my stove was delivered, i opened it up with such enthusiasm only to find that my pizza stone was not there! turns out it actually wasn't included with the oven, and was quite pricey on its own! so the issue was queried and eventually sorted out by the sales lady, who is the subject of this compliment, She was extremely helpful the entire time, although on leave! she managed to sort out my delivery, get my pizza stone, and even arrange for a warranty guy to have all papers ready for when i went in. To top it all off... She called a few days later..whilst still on leave... just to find out if all was okay and even inquired about my wedding preps... i mean how thoughtful is that!
