Waiting for Monts now

My husband bought a karate suit last year for our 6 year old son it was to big for him, so he went back to change it for a smaller size witch they don't have so they refunded him, and said they will let him know when they receive new stock witch never happened. Early this year we tried to order one again and still nothing. A month ago we ordered a suit again and they sms a ref no:81662 to us. I phoned today to ask about it and I spoke to Tabisile she said there is still no stock and that they will phone me, They always say the will phone and they never do. They must have had suits before because some of the kids doing karate with my son same age and size has bought suits at the same shop. So I really think the service is bad. There is 3 kids in the karate who recently bought suits from sportsmans warehouse in nelspruit. My son had to compete in two competitions and had no suit had to borrow secondhand suits due to the bad service. My mother in law even went to the shop at one time and also placed an order and they never phoned her. We stay in Hazyview witch is 60 from nelspruit so we carn't go there every now and then to check that is why we tried to order a suit.
