No Courtesy Call

A few weeks ago myself and my fiance were in the mens section of Edgars The Glen looking for work pants for him and as i walked around the pants rack looking for sizes i fell in a hole, this was not marked at all it was only hidden by the clothes rack as it had been pulled over part of the hole so the clothes cover the hole and as i stepped i fell over this caused me to sprain my ankle very badly some staff helped by sitting me down on a chair and they tried to call the manger who after 30 minutes had still not arrived i left my number with the staff for the manager who never called me back and i called twice no returned call, i find this very horrible service as there was not even a medic called my fiance had to help me to the car while i struggled on one foot! I find is disgusting that the manager didn't so much as come see if she could help or even call me to find out if i was ok after the fall in her shop. i think holes should have been covered or signage should be put by the hole in the ground.
