Smart Shopper Card what a joke

On Saturday I went to swipe my card to see how many points I've collected over a time span of 2 years... to my suprise the computer said error, card does not exits... I was shocked. When I spoke to a lady who was standing at this machine she told me she doesn't know what to do... WHAT!!! I have supported Pick N pay... but after this... I'm done... So my swiping for 2 years was all for nothing... so by the looks of it I waisted my time... how does that work. I filled your little form in, you took it from me and then, did somebody actually took the time to load it into your system or did you just throw the application form away. I have had non stop problems with Pick n Pay Bonaero Park. This was the last... Thanks for nothing Pick N pay... again!!!
