Call Centre Line Manager Bully

I was contacted by lawyers in March and made an arrangement. Today, I was contacted by the legal department consultant who explained that the arrangement I made with the lawyers was a once off arrangement. They explained that the minimum I can pay on my account is R610 and I explained that I can only afford R400, which the line manager refused to accept. The line manager kept going in circles, not listening to what I was saying and talking down on me like I was a child. He didn't hear me when I said I know the state of my account, he didn't hear when I said I have made an arrangement in March with the lawyers. As I realised the conversation was going in circles, I told him to call me next week and I hung up. I explained to him that I am not in a right state of mind because I have just received a call that my only grand father has just passed away and told him we'll talk about this next week.
My complaint? The line manager does not listen, all he wants is to talk and have the customer say yes sir. He keeps saying 1 thing over and over. Solution: your customers know their acc. status, we know exactly how much we owe and we try our best to keep up. Be compassionate and learn to listen
