Unreliable, Untrustworthy and Have ruined my plans

12 February 2013 i contacted the call centre and asked about there "pause plans on loans" as seen advertised. I explained that i would like to pause the payment for the month of March, so payment would not be deducted at the end of February. The consultant explained that this is possible and the arrangement was made. i would then pay Full plus half installment at the end of March and april. I was very pleased with the speedy response. today i saw that the full amount was deducted.

I called collections who at first advised that they couldn't pick up no call on 12 February. Eventually Thembelihie told he he found a record of the call and the arrangement made. unfortunately the consultant did not capture it on the system. i advised they needed to fix it. When speaking to his supervisor Kenneth i was told they can not fix it as i have an obligation to pay. I know my obligation and am happy to stick to it, but how could i have been so wrongly informed. The consultant should be held responsible. I have now made plans for these funds this month and now African Bank refuse to accept responsibility and assist me.

I am beyond dissapointed and feel that they have let me down and nobody he
