Extremely Rude Owner of Dance Wear shop

Having purchased a pair of ballet shoes for my daughter on the 5 April 2013 with the agreement that they could be returned if they did not fit, I tried on 2 occasions to change the said item.
On Monday 15 April 2013 when the owner admitted that she was not able to obtain the correct size and did not know when she would be getting further stock in, I requested a refund so I could purchase the shoes elsewhere. The owner asked me how I had paid, I had paid by cash but she obviously thought I was lying as she proceeded to check card receipts around the time of my initial purchase. I waited patiently knowing she would not find a card purchase slip and ignored the fact that whereas she had previously been pleasant suddenly now did not believe a word I said when the topic of a refund surfaced.
I was then told that I had to come back for a refund the following day. When I asked for an explanation as to why I I could not be refunded the same day, that's when evil surfaced. She started shouting, telling me to be quiet and ordering me to leave her shop!!!
MY GOODNESS!!! I was totally shocked! Well I was not going to lower my self to her standards for all of R165!!
Disgusted!
