Fraudelent charge of credit card

I rented a move at Oakhurst Spar, Hout Bay and returned a day late - R20 penalty for a total was deducted from my card. All good and well. A week later an amount of R500.00 was suddenly deducted from card by Stax Black! I had no dealing with them since my first transaction. On call their Pinelands branch they told me they will look into it. It seems this company has serious issues with operational delivery and I will never again do business with them!
