Incredible connections Cape Gate have given me their best services over the past couple of years especially the service department. Instead of hanging their heads and thinking "here she comes again" they understand that I am not computer literate and don't talk down to me but always listen and understand my problem which normally is a lack of understanding how computers work! The Manager - Andre - makes sure his store is run efficiently and as result the staff know what's expected of them, he runs a tight and efficient ship. I have purchased a laptop, a note book, Kindle, printer and all required inks etc, from them and have had excellent service each time.
