Lack of Assistance

I came to Quagga Centre, but when I got to the cashier there was only one cashier, the rows were long, when it came to my turn to pay, another cashier comes with 4 other people and helps them before us, while the other cashier goes on lunch, when it got to be my turn again, we were told to move to one off the other pay points, seeing that I'm an old man and struggle to walk, a couple of other younger people pussed infront of me, nobody seemed to want to help me. Then on top of that you guys gave me vouchers, but when I want to buys something than its already marked off, so I cant buy anything. I took about everthing off the shelve but everything I can not purchase. This is unacceptable. I'm an old man, I struggle to walk, it takes a lot off me to come to shops, but everytime I come there is always a problem. You guys lost a R1200 sale just because of Lack of Assistance.
