Accused of not paying - handed over

I've been struggling with my Woolworth's account for more than 3 months now.

Not all ETF payments I made reflected on their side. I mailed them, I spoke to them over the phone and every time they asked that I send through proof of payments made, I did. Yesterday I received an SMS saying I was handed over by Woolworths.

This to me is completely unacceptable as I've made payments, sometimes even more than my monthly instalment was.

I find it astonishing that none of the people I spoke to made a note on my records to stop the financial department from taking further steps - we are after all in the middle of sorting this mess out.

I am sitting with my hands in my hair and don't know what to do next. I've done everything I can from my side (sending proof of payments made over and over and over again).

What now?
