My fiance opened an Edgars account and we decided to go shopping last night. We purchased a few items at Edgars for ourselves and went to Jet as they always have nice baby stuff. When we got to the till we were told that we cannot use the voucher which we received for the new account as there was no barcode. Then the system showed that we cannot purchase anything before we pay the account. What?! We told the cashiers that this is a new account and what our limit is, we told her like 4 times actually. She just could not help us. We then went back to Edgars and purchased baby stuff there and when the system showed again the same we must pay first, the cashier found the problem and we were sorted in 5 mins. Apparently Jet CW were not informed of the new vouchers... Well then when a customer presents it, you well find out. For Heavens sake, this is CW, you should really employ people who understand their job and who can communicate properly with their customers. I will never go there again!!!
