I bought a Lunch Bar yesterday afternoon and was a bit dissapointed to find that it was not properly coated with chocolate after which I took pictures and sent it to the consumer division. As with most customer service departments in South Africa, I did not expect a response any time soon and would have count myself lucky for even getting a response at all!
I was pleasantly surprised to find a voicemail message first thing this morning (I missed a call) and it was from Sharon Hudson at Kraft Foods in response to my complaint. She then followed up with an email as well to ensure that she gets in touch with me for further details to ensure that they can do quality control and rectify this issue. Well done to you for great service!
