Old chocolate and no response

I went to go and buy a whole nut slab on fir afternoon for Sunday after lunch snack. all to find that the chocolate is old.
the chocolate was white inside and it was all brittle.

i don't know the batch number, however the exp 15 oct 2013 00:15 hsm245

then to top it all off i call this morning to call center, i wait on hold for more than 20 min and then the voice prompt ask you to leave a message and they will get b back to you.
i am still waiting.
