I have no joy. I have ordered kitchen staff at home choice and i decided to cancel because they took their time to deliver my parcel, now when i am suppose to get a refund i am been told that the goods are not back and that is not my problem. All i want is my money and i don't care about your process. This is not the first time am receiving a bad service from homechoice, I once ordered luggage set (grey one) but someone decided to give me a green, when i wanted to return it. It was a night mare...
