I purchased a laptop and a PlayStation remote controller on the 11/12 2013. Upon arrival at home I discovered that the controller was not working. When I returned it the next day was told by technician the controller was for a PC not for a PlayStation as advised by the salesperson, Nikita. Nikita and the technician was helpful, however when Nikita explained the situation to Chade (supervisor I presume) it became uncomfortable. After consulting with Chade, Nikita asked if I was willing to pay the handling fee as I had opened the controller and damaged the packaging and I refused. I was made to feel like a cheat for returning a unit that did not do what it was purchased for and again I had to take responsibility for opening the packaging. Nikita and Chade disappeared for a long period without explanation until I told my husband we should go fetch the Laptop and cancel everything. One of the assistance must have overheard as not long thereafter Chade appeared and offered no apology for making me wait so long and processed the cancellation. During the entire process, I noted that Chade was reluctant to do the exchange. With such bad service you will loose your competitive advantage.
