Unhappy with Meatworld

I have bought R300 rands worth of topside mince that was advertised over ther radio as some special from Meatworld in Northcliff and there is definately something wrong with the meat, as it does not taste like topside mince, there is a funny taste to the mince and I would like to have this mince tested to see what Meat world Northcliff, is putting into their topside mince, If anyone can help me with regard to this as I intend to take it further as i feel cheated out of my money as i wont eat this mince with its funny rubbery taste.
