Kapenta Bay Hotel
NEVER GOING BACK THERE, EVER!

We went to Kapenta Bay Hotel's restaurant (it's called Nivonia or something) for a snack just after 1pm on Tuesday, December 31, 2013. A waiter attended to us and said they had a Castle lager draught when we ordered it only for him to bring Windhoek lager, a bottle not draught later. We let that go and ordered food, and ate. Afterwards I asked for a bill, he brings it and asks if I could pay it quickly as they want to close for lunch, we still had unfinished drinks on the table and we were taking pictures of each other. I told him I'd follow him soon, as he said the speedpoint was only available at the reception, a minute later his rude manager comes with a stinking attitude, demanding that we come and pay the bill. We asked if there was a problem because of his tone, he said there was none but I still did not understand why anyone in their industry would behave like that. We paid the bill and left their place! I like going on holiday in the KZN's south coast but I will not go there again, nor will my family or friends. You wait for people to finish eating first before telling them you want to close!
