Bad Experience

Myself and my husband came from our getaway and on our way home we stopped at Golden River spur for a breakfast. We were greeted by Fundi and she took us to our seats she took our order for food and drinks and I took a hot chocolate and my hubby a castle draught. A waiter by the name of KEN came to my hubby to let him know we can't have alcohol till 11 we said fine and a few seconds later a female waitress came past us with a tray with 2 draught on it. We called the manager and said it's fine we can have the draught as he is gone find out if the new times apply to Capetown as well.
The waiter KEN came back with the fanta and we told him the manager said it's fine my husband can have the draught.By this time we sitting 15 minutes already. KEN comes back with the beer and we never see him again. I eventually ask Fundi if she can get our placemats and cutlery as well as our food cause KEN is not even looking at us all because of a flipping castle draught. While we eating the manager comes pass and I tell him what happened his says he'll speak to KEN.

MY PROBLEM WAS THAT SERVICE SUCKED AND KEN IS A TERRIBLE WAITER THAT HAS NO PEOPLES SKILLS OR MAYBE ITS JUST A COLOUR THING.
