Bad payers of restaurant

Smith and Wollensky in Eastgate have owed money to an Electricician for almost 2 years. Owner Marius makes his staff on his behalf. Says he will pay and never does, tells you to collect the money and then is not available, and leaves letters to say he will pay R1000.00 a month but refuses to sign the letter. And never pays.
It is disgusting that a restaurant I this nature can bring down the name of a shopping centre, because who else doesn't pay their bills.
R14500.00 later and always running away. Even other suppliers have complained and When they deliver goods now they want cod. Discussing how someone like this can run a business
Come on Eastgate - you can do better with restaurants that build your name and not bring it down
