Good money spent on bad quality food

We went to your store in Eastgate yesterday as we have been doing for a couple of years now and must I say that it is heartbreaking to see how the quality of your food has decreased lately. I ordered the prawn tempura and Schnitzel and was I up most of the night with stomach pains and do I still feel ill today. My husband ordered a steak which was suppose to have been medium to well only to receive a well done steak. To crown everything, we ordered 2 pieces of Apple pie and did you only have 1 piece left and was the chocolate mousse terrible. We did not complain whilst at the restaurant as we were celebrating my monther in laws' birthday and didn't want to cause a commotion. Is your store letting go of its previous high standards as the rest of the industries in our country? We were also met by waiters that were deaf and not to interested in our requests. It upsets me that we paid good money only to receive sub standard food and this from a restuarant that we have been supporting for so many years because of the great food and people. I am sad to say but you have also become part of the all to common trend of slack and unimpressive service and terrible food at a high prices.
