Yesterday 10.04.13 I took my tv back to hi fi corp because it was playing and all of the sudden it went black. I took time off work to take it back. I booked it in and the lady said 7 - 21days. I went to the manager that was on duty and told him it's going to take long before we get the tv back will they give me a tv to borrow for so long and he said no. What he and hi fi and sansui doesn't understand is that the tv is 1 year old, I have a 2 year warrantee and extended 2 years, it's only 1 year old now and now it's breaking already, i paid alot of money for it and I have stories to watch, i have kids to entertain and now we won't have a tv for up to 21day, it's not my fault it broke and not my childrens fault either.

I just think that they should start thinking about that or work it into their prices, it's expensive enough for you to cater for problems like that. Not every household has 2, 3, 4 tv in their home. I'm really not happy about the customer service you are giving.
