Absolutely Discusting!!!

Last year October I bought a laptop duel core on contract. First I experienced difficulties starting it up. I tried to phone them over and over again. Every time I did speak to somone I just fot put through to the next department and so on. Eventually I got to the right department which is accounts, but of course as luck will have it, theres only one person in accounts and she is on lunch. I asked when she will be back and the responce was:` I dont know`.
I have phoned over and over again just to find the same lady on lunch everytime.
My laptop screen broke 2 months ago. After paying for insurance I got told that they cant fix it and will have to send it off to samsung. This will cost me 3500 min. I find this extremely unfair!!! As a bookkeeper I need my laptop and can`t go 3 WEEKS without it. If i had to tell my boss to wait 3 WEEKS before getting any reports, Im sure i will get fired!!! Now can I depend on Dion wired to find me a new job, or pay me last wages back??? Of course not.
This morning I was send a sms stating I am 2 months behind with payments. After Im sitting with the slips and proof??
I wish I never gave them business. They are useless.
