Made a cash purchase for a bedroom suite on the 8th March. Goods delivered a few days later and taken back upon the delivery guys pointing out to me that there was a damage on one of the boards. More than a month later, i have still not received the suite
Made several follow up calls and logged a complaint via their call centre. Promises to be called back are not fulfilled.
