We had purchased a 6 seater recliner set from Ted's store in Springfield on the 30 May 2012 and we only picked up the set on the 10 October 2012. Our first complaint regarding the recliner sinking was made on the 23 February 2013 at the store with George Perumal since then we were constantly calling for feedback as we are from Ladysmith and we have had no response towards the solution of having the set changed. We will not accept a repair as the duration of use was far too short (4 months). Ravi (manager) is often near to always 'not available' he has been sent emails and pictures as per his request of the set and has not responded positively. This sort of customer service is not acceptable as the item was very expensive and i do have rights as a customer should i be spending so much of my hard earn money at this store!!! Surely i deserve some sort of acceptable service and respect!
