Nike Sportswatch - No Response

I have a Nike Sportswatch that the strap broke while under warranty. I reported it and before I even sent the watch in, they sent me a replacement. This was fantastic, unfortunately the battery life of the replacement was very poor - only 3 odd hours compared to 8 of my original. I sent the watches back (both original and replacement). Now we are heading to 2 months and I am not getting any response to queries as to the status of my watch!
Surely a email just stating where we are with the problem is not too difficult.
