Bad quality clothing

Good Day. I have realized that the clothing that I have bought from Truworths has become old and has started to pill really quickly despite me following the wash instructions. The clothes are not cheap, surely they should last a good couple of years? Mine last a few months of occasional wear! I'm so tired of all this made in China quality!
