HE PETER, I JUST GOT A DISTURBING PHONE CALL FROM ZULEIKHA ADVISNG ME THAT MY ACCOUNT IS IN ARREARS AND BECAUSE OF THAT SHE WILL BE HANDING ME OVER AS A SLOWPAYER k. I TOLD THIS ARROGANT GIRL THAT I DID MAKE ARRANGEMENTS ON THE 06/03/13 AND I GOT CONFIRMATION ON THE 07/03/2013. SHE BLATANTLY TOLD ME THAT SHE DIDNT CALL ME ITS THE SYSTEM??? HOW CAN THIS BE POSSIBLE!!! I AM REALLY ANGRY AT THE WAY I WAS TREATED JUST NOW. AND I FEEL LIKE FLYING UP TO WHERE EVER YOU ARE TO COME SORT THIS UNPROFESSIONAL GIRLS OUT. I TOLD ZULEIKHA THAT I DONT WANT TO SPEAK TO HER ANYMORE GET ME HER TEAMLEADER. SPOKE TO LIVIA AND I ASKED HER IF PREVIOUS LADY EXPLAINED TO HER WHAT HAPPENED JUST NOW. AND SHE JUST SAID YES, THAT I MADE ARRANGEMENT TO PAY MY INSTALLMENT AND ARRANGEMENT. SHE INSISTED THAT I MUST SEND IT TO HER AND I TOLD HER DONT YOU HAVE IT ON YOUR RECORDS. SHE GOT ANGRY AND DROPPED THE CALL IN MY EAR!!! I WANT AN IMMEDIATE RESPONSE WITH REGARDS TO THIS AS I NEVER EXPECTED THAT THIS WILL HAPPEN TO ME. AND I DONT WANT ANY EXCUSES FOR "WE APOLOGISE AND WE SORRY" PLEASE GET THOSE PEOPLES ACT TOGETHER AS THEY ARE NOT DOING THEIR WORK RIGHT. SYSTME CALLING A CUSTOMER..WHAT A LOAD OF
