Spar Hatfield keeps shortchanging

On more than one occasion, I have been shortchanged at this particular Spar. In recent months, I have found that the cashiers are either reluctant to give 5c change, or just look you in the eye and just hand you a receipt without change. I understand that it is only 5c, but the principle is wrong. If the cashier does not have 5c in their till. that is not my problem, I should then be given 10c, otherwise the store should stop selling items at prices of 5c denominations. It is, and I can only imagine how many customers in a day they do this to. It is completely unacceptable.
