Long wait to pay for 2items

I went to buy 2 items and i had to stand in the line for 20mins. There is 30 tills in the shop and 18 of it was not in use, even the kios infront didn't wanted to help ppl that just needed to pay for 1 or 2 items. This is not the first time i had to wait So long in the same shop. This is really bad service.
