Ad attitude and no delivery

I am very disappointed with lack of delivery and bad attitude from the personel at Joy Furniture. I ordered a bed and it was due to be delivered in December 2012!! it is now April 2013 and I am told all the time on the phone that they will get back to me and never do. I have sent a number of emails and called manty times.
Everyone be warned -- do not order from them -- they will not deliver on time and will give you bad attitude on the phone.
