I have had it with bears furniture in Germiston

Number 1. They did not want to change my TV and when they did after I stopped making payments they brought a wrong one I explained to them I don't want it it's not what I have purchased they told me what do I want them to do. I told them they need to come get it till today nothing

I spoke to 3 managers already every time it's a new person I have to explain the same story over again now when I explain to them when I bought the DVD and the TV it was a combo 3d TV and a 3d DVD the DVD does not play blue ray disc and I bought it for that purpose or I would have just went to morkels who is treating me like their number 1 customer I have never even once complained about them or had any issue with whatever I bought I went to bears coz a good friend of mine work there and she told me it's very affordable witch I also saw and agreed with her but from day one I have had a night mare sofa's were wrong they changed them after a year TV also same story still no feedback yesterday I went to the store I found a new manger a lady whom I had to start from scratch
