I purchased a bed in March 2010 from Mickey. I wanted an extra length bed with good comfort and so I went along with the purchase. In March 2011 the bed was sinking and became very noisy. I lodged a complaint with Mickey and it was refered to the distribution manager Lisel. Lisel contacted me to advise they will pick up the bed re foam it and return it to me. I was then informed I purchased an entry level bed! which I didnt know about. My question to her was what if I have this problem again? "She advised then we will consider taking the bed back or you can choose something better and pay difference " In March 2013 I called Lisel and informed her that I have the same complaint and this was her reply " We did you a favor by re foaming the bed and there was absolutely nothing wrong with the bed. No refund and exchanges will be done " I closed this complaint and informed the branch manager from where you bought it from ". I am the client and I did not receive this notification from Lizel (the distribution manager). It is quiet obvious that Mickey tried to do a quick sale without having given provided me product knowledge. This is against the consumer protection act watch this space 4 mo
