On Saturday the 24th I returned the 130Watt solar panel I had purchased on the 29th of July 2013 because it was now charging the batteries slower as compared to the few days after purchase. The consultant called Leon listened to my complaint about the product and according to him 1. He does not understand how the product worked 2. He does not believe that there is anything wrong with the product. 3. He cannot 'wrap my head around the problem' in his own words. 4. He refused that I purchase another panel from Builders Warehouse as I may return it to the store with the same problem. 5. He said that I should write a report with contact details [and offered an A4 page to write on it because the back of the slip would be too small [with a lot of sarcasm]. 6. Said to other customers he attended to right after me that there are 'serious issues' with my purchase - also with a lot of sarcasm while I was still writing a note about the my complaint with the product. I think this man should have pretended to be a professional, allowed me to purchase another panel and left before he did or said anything that exposed him as a mickey mouse consultant. I hate his attitude. He really!!
