Died worm in Peanut Butte

Did my monthly shopping last week. Like every month I like to pay my blackcat peanut butter. The week after I opened it and found a died worm inside on the top and something that looks like eggs. I phone the consumer line and offcourse the office was closed and no after hours line etc. Im very upset as there is no one to complain to. Someone must phone me asap as im not going to leave it there. Unhealthy and unprofessional...
