Worm with eggs found in chocolate sweet

I have received a Diwali hamper with 2 Becaon chocolate sweets. 7/11/13 After taking a bite of the 1st sweet (dark blue rapper) and then noticed a hole on the nut, I then broke open it only to find eggs in it. I then open the 2nd sweet (Gold rapper) and found a worm with eggs in it. I then took photos of it and called the tiger brands customer care on 03104607111 and spoke to manager Mervin Pillay call reference 11722. He then told me he will send a someone to fetch it the next day 8/11/13 as they want to do tests on the sample, which I was more than happy to do. I then called back on the 11/11/13 to inform him than no-one has came to fetch it and he send he will definitly get someone to fetch it the next day today 12/11/13. After giong through this terrible disgusting ordeal and vomiting a few times that night with the tort in my mind that I had eaten it, I handled it quite professional so that no-one else could go through that experience. I have pictures and am also thinking of going to the papers. Peter please help and advise.
