I popped into the Constantia Village Le Creuset Branch yesterday with a 5 year old Cast Iron Casserole pan I have, the enamel was starting to flake off the base and I was wondering if the lovely team from Le Creuset could give me some advice on it or help me get it resurfaced. I was met with a very warm and welcomming attitude from all the staff members, they sent my pot into the factory to be evaluated and this morning (less than 24 hours later) I got a phone call to tell me that they are going to replace my entire pot. I am astonished by this wonderful service and excellent attitude displayed by all the staff members of the Constantia Village Le Creuset, I have worked in the Service industry for 15 years both here in South Africa and oversea's and it is very rare to come across such excellence, you are all to be commended.
They also managed to source an item which was out of stock for me and I am extremely happy with my purchases, it is a very rare day that I leave a shop in South Africa so very impressed by the service recieved.
Congrats for going the extra mile and please carry on with this excellence in both product and service.
